When you try to find as much as you can about pulmonary fibrosis in general or specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), you will find that there is a lot of information on the web. Most is scattered over many different websites but we believe that much of this information is:

too negative - focused on short life expectancy  not written in laymen language primarily for medical professionals not updated for many months or sometimes even years not focused on the patient’s most urgent questions   We have tried to establish a new style of website (platform) where we try to focus on your questions. Information and news are updated as often as possible. 



This means that there’s a role for you, the reader, to inform us on anything you find anywhere (national or international) that we may have overlooked. Please use the contact page to send us anything on news, medications, clinical trials, hospitals, support groups, links, blogs, events, etc. or even to correct spelling errors.

Don’t be afraid to criticize the site because we need your input to make this site your best information source. We will be updating it as often as possible with the newly added information, color coded so that you can see immediately what’s new, and consequently what you may want to check out.
